Laurel Highlands Ultra

The Laurel Highland Ultra is a 70-mile trail race that runs from Ohiopyle, PA to Seward, PA. It's unique in that it's a point-to-point trail race with very few aid stations (7 or so) or road crossings. As a result, you wind up running a lot of it in beautiful scenery by yourself. I ran it in 2003, and my friend Nick Erhardt crewed for me, along with my Mom and Dad.
